Garlic Summer Sausage

Here it finally is….after many years of our wonderful and loyal customers requesting MORE garlic in the summer, so we did it. This is based off of our Original Summer Recipe and then we kicked it up with MORE GARLIC along with a bit more mustard seed and of course smoked with 100% hickory pellets. This should keep the vampires away!! 16oz stick.
