Cheddar Summer Sausage adds Cheddar Cheese to our original summer sausage seasoning, lean beef, light garlic and mustard seed all stuffed into a 2.5 inch mahogany casing and smoked for over 5 hours. This product is great by itself for a snack, at the game or even better for putting on crackers. You don’t have to slice cheese for this sausage! 16 oz. stick.
