Beef Custom Cutting Order Form & Prices

All product not picked up within 2 days of completion will be charged an additional $0.02 per pound, unless previously arranged. Cutting & wrapping is $.85 per lb. which includes double wrapping & sharp freezing.

Pork Custom Cutting Order Form & Prices

Cutting and wrapping is $.85 per lb. Which includes double wrapping and sharp freezing. All product not picked up within 2 days of completion will be charged an additional $0.02 per lbs., unless previously arranged.

Slaughtering

In plant slaughtering will be done on Thursdays, animals are expected to be dropped off on Thursday morning between 5:30 am and 6:30 am.

• Hogs $70.00 per head

Sheep/Goats cut & wrapped $110 per head (includes slaughter)

Any animal hung over 7 days, will be charged $1.70/lb. for cutting & wrapping.

Smoking

• Hams $1.79 per pound - cut in plant
• Hams $2.09 per pound - brought in
• Bacon $2.09 per pound - cut in plant
• Bacon $2.59 per pound - brought in
• Bulk Breakfast / Italian Sausage $1.89 per pound
• Bratwurst $2.55 per pound
• Flavored Bratwurst $3.55 per pound
• Breakfast Links $3.79 per pound
• Breakfast Links with Maple Syrup, Blueberries or Apples $3.79 per pound
