Hot Pepperjack Summer Sausage

This is similar to our Pepperjack Sticks as we use the same cheese only applying it our Original Summer Sausage Seasoning and accompanied by hand selected lean beef, stuffed in a 2.5 inch casing and finally introduced to our hickory smoke house! Great on crackers or by itself or on a sandwich! 16oz stick.
